I'm starting to think about the transition between morning runs and evening runs since school starts back up next week. I know I'm going to be exhausted the first week of school, and probably will have lost my voice like usual, but I want to make sure I keep on track! Amber, any challenges running in the evening?
Ali, we all discussed that you and Al need to get together and come up with a catchy saying for our race day shirts. We might want to look into what type of shirts we want, sleeves, no sleeves, or if we all want to pick our own and somehow get them together to get screen printed somewhere. We only have 80 days!! Crazy, but can't wait!!
Being the determined, in shape woman you are, you will be just fine MB. But after a day of work, I frequently have to take a nap before going out for my run. (especially the long ones.) I have also learned that staying hydrated during the day helps for the evening run.
