Week 2 Update

Okay, so I just got back from my "long run" and it wasn't quite the excitement I was hoping for...haha. Instead of 7 miles, I ran 6 and I felt like it was a mental obstacle rather than a physical obstacle. Is it too early to be doubting myself! Ahh!! Although I finished with a decent time, I realized that my future long runs need to be an out and back type of deal so that I am forced to run the whole thing. My body felt okay, although it was pretty hot (I know Shay, I can't really complain compared to Orlando), but I ended up running by due to my lack of planning on my route, I ended up at my house at exactly 6 miles. Instead of running another loop in my neighborhood I gave into my inner talking self! Haha. I'm trying to be okay with it, but I know this will be added motivation in the future because I feel pretty guilty about it.

Oh well, the run is over! How were your weeks?
