Here we go!

Holy Cow, I did not know tomorrow was the big day! For two of the three marathons, I did Hal Higdon's Novice program. It is a really good one because it only has you running four days a week, with a couple of built-in rest days so you don't feel like all you are doing is running. The long runs on the weekends are definitely worth doing with at least one buddy, but they are doable. Here is the link: http://www.halhigdon.com/marathon/MaraNovice1.html
Feel free to post other suggestions, I just know this one has worked for lots of people. And nothing like your first day of training being a rest day!
